Established in 2017, Equitable Access College Consulting was birthed in response to a personal experience while helping my son traverse high school. He was an International Baccalaureate student with dual enrollment at the local community college, a high-achieving, two-sport student athlete, and a member of the debate team. Oh, did I mention he worked at the local supermarket at the same time?
When it came time to apply for college, we were overwhelmed by the Unknown’s, and we were met with limited support and direction, in the college counseling space.
Equitable Access is here to take the guess work and intimidation of out the college readiness, college search and college application process.
You have questions, we have answers!
What courses should I take in high school?
What courses are recommended vs. preferred?
What do we do with all of this involvement?
Have I done enough for college acceptance?
How to organize all of my activities and involvement?
Does any of this stuff help my application?
What are my college options, and how will I know if a school is a good fit for me?
At Equitable Access we are intentional about:
